  I would like to have recognised the outstanding service I received from a member of your staff named Matt on Sunday 17th September 2017 at your Sittingbourne store in the Forum centre at 10am. Matt was so helpful and polite, I was running late for a Christening and needed help very quickly, Matt bent over backwards to help me and thanks to him I made it to the Christening on time with a lovely gift, card and bag all wrapped and ready to go.
