  Awful experience here with the manager who refused to help, I explained the phone I bought is faulty, I have already had a replacement and the same fault has happened again. (I have read on forums this is a common fault with the phone) Was not helpful at all and wanted to just give me a simple replacement which I cannot use as I use my camera and phone for work. Left the store very unhappy and unsatisfied with the service. Would not buy a phone again from o2 as have absolutely no fall back after spending hundreds of pounds on a phone which does not work. Manager just gave me the number for Sony and said to call them. Rediculous!!
