  Everytime my car has gone in for a routine service my vehicle has been damaged in some way. The customer service I have recently received (or lack of) is shocking. I will definitely not be using this dealership again. My experience of this garage of late is not worthy of one star. Shame on you Suzuki for not sorting it out! (I have had to contact Head Office who are dealing with the issue.)

  Turned up for a service at 0830 on 26/3 only to be told (despite having one booked) that a courtesy car was not available. Could this not have been communicated sooner? Only option given was to re-book or make my own way home. Great customer service! Also VERY long wait times waiting to get through to service to give authorisation for additional work (which was not asked for until 1630) They need to seriously look at their customer service skills as despite waiting on hold for in excess of 30 minutes the option of a call back was only offered when I hung up and tried again.
